Myers & Briggs Personality type finder test

There a few important tests that you can take here, the two most important ones are the Myers & Briggs Personality type finder and the Human Needs test.

The Myers & Briggs personality type finder test was made to find, simplify and understand your psychological type. The psychological types are based on the work of C. G. Jung one of the fathers of modern psychology. This test is also very useful to find your ideal career, as well the types of lovers that are suited to your character. It is also used by most Fortune500 companies to determine whether your character is suitable for the job you are applying to. The Human Needs test

The Human Needs test is based on the Maslow hierarchy of needs and has been made by coaches Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes. To do the test you just have to pick which are your 2 most important needs out of the 6. If you are sure about your needs then you don`t need to take the quiz. Just to clarify all these needs are necessary to all humans you just choose two, which are the most important for you. This test is very important to clarify what we should have more of in our lives in order to feel happy and fulfilled. For example if your main need is love and connection then connecting with friends and family should be your priority in life. This will also help you get to know yourself much better as well improve your decision making. For further analyzing please contact us for a complimentary meeting.

Personal Development Books

The list of personal development books is endless and there also many lists with the top ones. Through our experience and the general consensus of these lists we present to you the 3 best ones that will take you to the next level when you read them:

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

A from 1937, this book by Hill is a masterpiece. Don’t bother with the edited versions since they all omit important and controversial information: some historical, and some pertaining to the goal of the book, which is to think and grow rich. The word rich might imply that this book is all about material gain, and while it certainly covers that area, it is about much more than that. Perhaps the first explicit mention of positive thinking, on how to care not just about the cash in your pocket, but also the thoughts in your head, this book has been able to withstand the destruction of time. It covers all the basics from planning, decision making and persistence, to the more advanced techniques as auto-suggestion, transmutation and what we can learn from fear. This is not a grow rich book, but a timeless guide to find out what actually matters. As it says clearly in the beginning ‘Riches can’t always be measured in money!’

Awaken the Giant within by Tony Robbins

Amazing explanation on how human psychology works, how to understand it and master it. This book is like a coach. There is also a summary version of this book titled Re-Awaken the Giant Within.

Over 20 years ago, Anthony Robbins’ landmark bestseller Awaken the Giant Within hit shelves, and a revolution began.

It was a movement of transformation — of taking immediate massive action toward your goals: of mastering your health, emotions and finances and of creating and growing the ultimate relationship. More than 20 years ago, readers of Awaken the Giant Within woke up and decided to never settle for anything less than an extraordinary life. Today Awaken the Giant Within is a landmark bestseller that continues to create breakthroughs around the world.

The 7 habits of highly effective people by Stephen R. Covey

The title of this book doesn’t capture it all. Covey shares with us seven habits one should adopt to become truly effective in whatever you would like to achieve. Of course, it is not as easy as it sounds. He stresses the fact that we need to go through a paradigm shift – a fundamental change in how we perceive the world and ourselves. This book can be read as a guide, with practices and everything, to go through the stages in order to make such a shift happen. Part shock-therapy, part ageless spiritual wisdom, Covey’s book is packed with wisdom that actually makes a difference.
